Overseas Agent / Distributor Recruitment

Recruiting overseas agents, distributors and project channel partners in key regions including North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Product Scope
  • Power transformers, distribution transformers, dry-type transformers
  • Wind / solar substations and package substations
  • HV / LV switchgear, RMU and related electrical equipment
What We Look For
  • Local customer channels in power, energy or industrial markets
  • Familiarity with EPC, industrial, utility or system integrator markets
  • Willingness to build long-term regional cooperation
⚑ Priority Core Role

Power Product R&D Manager

A core engineering role focused on product upgrading, monitoring systems, intelligent power equipment and export-oriented product development.

Role Focus
  • Drive new product planning, prototype validation and production transfer
  • Work across transformer, monitoring, control and smart distribution directions
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, sourcing and quality execution
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of electrical equipment or power product R&D experience
  • Background in transformers, monitoring, sensing or control-related work
  • Working English capability preferred
  • Experience in solid-state transformers (SST) is a strong plus
